As 2021 draws to a close and we head into our 35th anniversary year we are deeply appreciative of you, our many donors, members, supporters and friends who have stood with us through these many years.
Your contributions and support through the pandemic enabled us to persevere and rededicate our efforts to promote public awareness of and appreciation for Tibet’s unique and endangered culture. Our many on-line and now hybrid programs, conferences, retreats, exhibitions and concerts would not have been possible without your support and generosity.
Moving into 2022, we will be maintaining the momentum of our online and hybrid presence. Thank you all so much for your cheerful presence and contributions of every kind, which make our work possible. With your help, we will continue our efforts to assist in the restoration of the Tibetan spiritual lighthouse on the roof of the world, and to save its culture of essential spiritual knowledge. Please watch for the initiation of our Third Pole campaign highlighting the climate crisis in the Himalayan-Kush region, and raise awareness of the critical role of the glacial water tower of Asia, which between monsoons nurtures the lives of more than two billion Eastern, Southeastern, and Southern Asian animals and humans—children, women, and men.
We need your help to solidify our presence for the next generation – now and into the future. Please consider making a year-end contribution to our ongoing mission to share the most useful and beneficial aspects of Tibetan culture with the world.
With all blessings for your health and happiness during the rest of the Year of the Iron Ox and on into the Water Tiger Year!
Love,
Nena & Bob Thurman
