NOW PUBLIC: Virtual Release of Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche’s Latest Film “Pig at the Crossing” – Saturday May 11, 2024 7 pm (Same time in 5 timezones)

 Exciting news! The official trailer of Khyentse Norbu’s latest film ‘Pig at the Crossing’ has been launched! 

Mark your calendars as the film will have its virtual world premiere on 11th May 2024. With subtitles in English, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.For tickets and more information, visit www.pigcrossing.film.

  • ●  Film was made with a low budget and with young and passionate Bhutanese artists, who were struggling to find a platform.
  • ●  Most of the cast and crew members are first timers.
  • ●  Releasing virtually means delivering film directly to audiences, bypassing all distributors, sales agents, etc. where usually profit takes precedence over the art.
