Aug 15: Young Adult Community Potluck & Open Mic at New York Insight Meditation Center

Saturday, August 15th, 2026 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET

Location: New York Insight Meditation Center at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

 

The Young Adult Community is a weekly gathering for meditation, connection, and mutual support.

Anyone identifying as a young adult is welcome to join the upcoming Young Adult Community Potluck & Open Mic Night! This evening will include meditation, good food, and community.
