In this three part series, we will learn about mindfulness and meditation, the foundations of cultivating compassion for yourself and others. Explore how YOU can be your best friend, and open up to feeling compassion even in challenging relationships. Unleash a lightness within you, and boundless and sustainable inner strength and joy!
