Join this free info session with Tony Pham (Butterfly) to learn more about our upcoming 8-week Compassion Cultivation Training course.

Tuesday, December 14, 2021 | 6:30–8:00pm ET | Free | Live-streamed on Zoom

Part of the human experience is stress, struggle, and suffering. Compassion helps us with cultivating equanimity, feeling fulfillment, and experiencing happiness.

This free information session offers an opportunity to meet with Tony Pham (Butterfly), a certified teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training © and instructor of our upcoming 8-week CCT course beginning in January 2022. This complimentary session will include a guided meditation, overview of the CCT program, and space to ask questions.

You’re invited to nurture your innate compassionate nature. Research has shown that completing CCT can result in reduced anxiety alongside greater acceptance of the vicissitudes of daily life. Each CCT class may include accessible meditation practices, personal investigation, space for sharing, scientific research, and/or homework to help integrate compassion habits into daily life.

Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) was developed at Stanford University by Dr. Thupten Jingpa, a Tibetan Buddhist scholar and principal English translator to the Dalai Lama.
